Gathering together is an important part of our Parish life. We enjoy each other, we love and support each other and we have fun together. We're a family. How do you join in and be a part of that? By checking out one or more of our fellowship groups. Everyone is welcome and every group has room for more.

Dinners for 8 - These are small groups that gather for dinner to socialize and get to know each other better and are open to adults of any age. They meet approximately 4 times a year at someone's home or at a restaurant. Each group sets their own schedule. To join a group, please contact Lisa Mills here

Raising Tweens and Teens - Are you raising or helping to raise a tween or teen?  Join this group that is dedicated to supporting one another and exploring topics related to tweens and teens in order to raise great young adults in the Anglican tradition. Contact Sarah Oliver or Paige Kirkman for more info.

St. Laurence Men - This group of men of all ages get together in fellowship, faith and service. Activities vary from a steak night at Lake Grapevine to a football watching party to a retreat at Camp Crucis to handing out Thanksgiving food baskets at GRACE. Meetings are the first Thursday of the month in the Parish Hall. Come at 6:30pm for dinner, then 7:00-8:00 for the meeting. All men of the Parish are invited. Contact Mark Edson or Andrew Marshall for more info.

St. Laurence Women - Women of all ages in the Parish get together for a variety of fun activities and service such as a wine night, bake sale, Christmas gift exchange, movie night and bunco. Meetings are usually the second Thursday of the month at 7:00pm. Locations vary each month. All women of the Church are invited. Contact Meredith Liewehr or Trudy Baade for more info.

Wednesday Night Dinners - Everyone is welcome every Wednesday night to a simple dinner in the Parish Hall from 6:00-6:30pm. It’s a great way to participate in Wednesday Church activities without having to worry about dinner for the family. These are not potluck meals but are instead hosted by various families. We do ask for donations to offset the cost. Please contact Katie LaPenna here for more info.

XYZ group - This is a fellowship of parishioners 55+ years old (or anyone of any age who wants to join!) who want to get to know each other better. They meet once a month at a restaurant. Contact Ruth Kennedy at 817-739-1896 for more info.

Youngish Adult Social Group - This social group is for young adults in the 30-40 year old range, with or without kids. They meet periodically throughout the year for fun activities like a Cowboys watching party, dinner at Central Market Cafe or a potluck dinner at someone's house. Childcare is available. Contact Ashli Sabaluk for more info.

Young Adult Social Group - A young adult ministry for twenty-something indivuduals or couples without kids. Are you fresh out of college and still living with your parents? Do your evenings consist of ramen noodles, boxed wine and solitude? Are you proud of your Netflix binging skills? Then do we have a group for you! We are looking to provide both a social and spiritual community for young adults at St. Laurence and beyond. They meet around twice a month. Contact Deacon Cooper Morelock for more info.
