Bp. Urwin will take an in-depth look at the well-known 13th century Christian prayer attributed to Richard of Chichester. This short prayer asks Jesus for three simple things: to know him more clearly, love him more dearly, and follow him more nearly, day by day. It is often used as a daily devotional in Christian communities across England and was the basis for the song “Day by Day” from the musical Godspell. Cost for Friday and Saturday is $30/person.

Sun, Nov. 8, 9:50-10:30am. The final teaching will be during Sunday School on “Follow Him More Nearly.”
